Sie liegt im Süden des Roten Meeres vor der Küste Ägyptens. Rocky ist die kleine Bruderinsel von Zabargad und St. John's und liegt in der Foul Bay. Rocky Island ist eine schlanke, langgestreckte Insel, die von oben klein aussieht, aber unter Wasser steil abfällt und in den Tiefen des Blaus verschwindet. Die Steilwände hier sind mit beeindruckenden Gorgonien, Weichkorallen, schwarzen Korallenbäumen und Fächerkorallen bewachsen. Dies ist ein beliebter Ort für Strömungstauchgänge, da es hier starke Strömungen geben kann, aber die Fahrt lohnt sich, denn auf der einen Seite gibt es eine Wand und auf der anderen Seite gleiten große pelagische Arten im Blau vorbei.
