Medical Check: Are you fit to dive? This is an important question for every diver or prospective diver and of course we hope you will come and dive with us on Kuramathi and share some of the amazing dive experiences possible in our environment. The RSTC Medical Form below is not a substitute for a medical check-up, but will usually indicate if you should have a medical check-up and if you will need a “Fit To Dive” certificate from a doctor to dive or not. Please kindly download the RSTC form below in your language and read through it. When you will need a FTD (FIT TO DIVE) medical certificate from a doctor: If you have one or more “YES” answers on the RSTC Form. If you are 65 years or older. Even if you can answer all questions with “NO” on the RSTC form, an FTD certificate is still required for those 65 years or older. As mentioned above, it is highly recommended that you obtain this certificate from a licensed diving physician. If you are 75 years or older, our insurer applies special conditions; please contact us for more information. In addition, please note: if you suffer from any serious medical condition which could compromise your safety and health while diving, you should be evaluated and certified fit to dive by a registered diving physician only. When you will NOT need a FTD (FIT TO DIVE) medical certificate from a doctor: If you can answer all questions with “NO”, have no medical conditions and are under 65 years of age. A “Fit To Dive” certificate should not include any restrictions or limitations as these may invalidate it. If you have any queries or concerns about your fitness to dive or where to obtain a diving medical, then please simply contact us by e-mail diveschool@kuramathi.com.
If you have any questions or queries about diving on Kuramathi, then please simply mail us at diveschool@kuramathi.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Denne rensestation ligger ret langt inde i atollens nordlige kanal.
