Submersus - Clube de Mergulho, Submersus

Founded in 2005, Submersus has experienced instructors in teaching recreational and technical diving. Submersus is licensed by the IPDJ (Portuguese Institute of Sport and Youth) as a diving school, filling station, and equipment rental center. The school employs professional recreational and technical diving instructors from various agencies, certified by the Portuguese Navy. Submersus offers unique conditions in northern Portugal for learning and improving diving skills, with facilities that include a classroom, shop, filling station, and experienced instructors dedicated exclusively to teaching recreational and technical diving. We offer courses from the most prestigious agencies worldwide. Our resources, our DIR (Do It Right) philosophy, and our instructors make Submersus a benchmark school of excellence in Portugal.

ACTIVITIES: Submersus is truly committed to the activity! More than a school, a club for those passionate about the activity! With the aim of creating diving opportunities for its students, clients, and friends, Submersus frequently organizes diving activities, including local diving trips, diving trips abroad, training sessions, workshops, and presentations. There’s no reason to stay home!

EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE Submersus provides all its students and clients with maintenance services for the equipment for which it is an authorized seller. As an authorized maintenance center for POSEIDON, HALCYON, SCUBAPRO, APEKS, AQUALUNG and MARES, it provides technical assistance for regulators, balancers (BCDs), wetsuits, drysuits and computers.
