I’m Praveen, an SSI Platinum Freediving and Scuba Instructor recognized among the top 20 instructors in India. With over 8 years of extensive experience and more than 5,000 dives to my name, I have successfully guided over 2,000 individuals through their scuba and Freediving experiences and certified over 300 students.

As a qualified Freediving and Swimming Instructor, my teaching techniques are designed to help you become more comfortable in the water and overcome any fears, ensuring that you gain the skills to freedive or swim with ease and confidence.
