Otok Tinggi je otok, ki se nahaja 30 kilometrov od obale obmorskega mesta Mersing v Johorju v Maleziji. Obdaja ga kristalno čista, topla voda, kjer živi veliko morskih vrst. Temperature vode se tukaj gibljejo med 27 °C in 30 °C, z drugimi besedami, topla je skozi vse leto. Vidljivost se giblje med 10 metri in 25 metri, pri čemer je vidljivost najnižja v deževni sezoni in najtoplejšem mesecu v letu, ki je avgust.
