RedFrog was born from a passion for the ocean and a desire to share its beauty with the world. Founded by David Restrepo—a swimming and diving instructor, as well as a lover of diving and nature—the center began as a small local project with a grand vision: to connect people with the sea in a way that is both responsible and exciting.
