Course Breakdown & Time Commitment

1. Digital Learning (Academic Portion)

• Complete online at your convenience
• Covers scuba theory, safety procedures, and equipment basics
• Estimated time: 6–10 hours

2. Confined Water Training (Pool/Lagoon Sessions)

• Practice essential scuba skills in a controlled environment
• Build comfort, confidence, and proper technique
• Estimated time: 8–12 hours (typically 2–3 sessions)

3. Open Water Dives (Certification Dives)

• Complete 4 open water dives at Pennyroyal Blue Springs
• Apply skills in real diving conditions under instructor supervision
• Estimated time: 8–10 hours (usually over 2 days)

Total Estimated Course Time:

22–32 hours, typically completed over a 1–2 week period depending on scheduling.
