探索安第斯地區
如果潛水員想要前往哥倫比亞的安第斯山區，但仍希望有機會潛水，那麼潛水員可以將卡利、波哥大或麥德林等城市作為通往哥倫比亞各地最佳潛水地點的門戶。這些繁華的城市雖然不在海岸邊，但卻有許多潛水中心，可在中心內提供潛水課程，並為取得證照的潛水員提供前往其他潛水地點的旅行。如果潛水員以卡利為基地，他們將可前往太平洋沿岸的最佳潛點，包括鯊魚天堂 Malpelo 和 Gorgona 島的珊瑚礁，以及加勒比海沿岸的著名潛點 Providencia。從麥德林出發潛水意味著有機會前往壯觀的聖安德烈斯島和 Capurgana，而從波哥大出發潛水則是通往所有地區的大門。哥倫比亞全年都可潛水，水溫介乎 15°C 至 29°C，能見度介乎 10 至 30 公尺。在這裡，潛水員將有各種令人興奮的潛水活動，其中的亮點包括欣欣向榮的珊瑚礁、大量的海洋生物、令人興奮的岩石地形，還有機會看到一些一生難得一見的事物；包括 300 多隻錘頭鯊和絲鯊成群。這裡的水域正等著潛水愛好者來探索。
Top Andes Region Dive Sites
Providencia has been voted as one of the top diving locations in Colombia. It holds the third largest coral reef in the world and is an UNESCO protected area meaning the marine life here is flourishing. Alongside the stunning corals, there are also multiple species of Sharks here, shipwrecks, caves and even a Blue Hole.
Malpelo is a truly unique experience. This rock island can only be reached by day trip boats and liveaboards but it is absolutely worth it. This is the top diving location to dive with sharks including Whale Sharks and Hammerhead Sharks. It has been said divers have seen schools of over 500 sharks at a time.
Gorgona Island used to be a prison island but now it is a breeding site for Humpback Whales and many other exciting marine species. The dive sites here are thrilling including wrecks, cliffs and more.
San Andres is a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and so holds pristine reefs and many exciting marine flora and fauna species for divers to admire.
安第斯地區最佳潛水月份
在哥倫比亞安第斯地區，淡水潛水條件一年四季各不相同。水溫通常在 16°C 到 22°C 之間，12 月到 3 月的旱季溫度較低。能見度通常良好，介於 8 到 15 公尺之間，但在 4 月到 11 月的雨季下大雨時，能見度可能會降低。由於氣候溫和，冰封在此區域並不令人擔心。
最適合潛水的月份是十二月至二月，此時天氣較乾燥，能見度也達到最高。在雨季，雨量增加會造成淤泥和碎石，降低能見度，並可能限制某些潛點的進入。潛水員應為不同的狀況做好準備，並查看當地的預報，以獲得最佳體驗。
