Sirru Fen Fushi’s House Reef - One of the best in the Maldives!
It is a unique place for divers and snorkelers alike. While the length of the island and lagoon surrounding reef adds up to a total length of more than 7 km there are a total of 5 dive sites including Maldives best Manta Point, the stretch accessible from the island spans a length of over 1.5 km.
Almost anything you can imagine in the Maldives has been spotted there already! The reef starts as shallow as 2 meters and drops down to the sandy bottom at around 20 meters. Following the sandy slope coral blocks can be found until depth levels of 25 meters.
The coral life is dominated by healthy hard corals in all possible colors and the fish life is vibrant. While hawksbill turtles can be spotted easily by snorkelers and divers, a manta cleaning station at a depth of 15 to 18 meters stays reserved for our divers. The same can be said for guitar rays…
