The diving academy in Lanzarote Dedicated to diving and transmitting our knowledge Dawn Dives Academy Lanzarote is a veteran diving center on the island since 2007, based in Playa Blanca, run by 3 friends who love the sea who met more than 14 years ago as instructors in this same center. Since then, we have worked side by side with a single goal: to improve day by day as professionals. In this way, we have reached levels of satisfaction and appreciation from our divers that we are proud of and give us strength to continue in this same line.
We have more than 14 years of presence on the island of Lanzarote, which we enjoy and live with the illusion of the first day, both in and out of the water, doing all kinds of activities related to scuba diving. In our / your dive center we work six different lines, diversifying, analyzing and improving each one as if they were independent. We know that not all of us have the same needs, from newcomers to experts, that is why we work and think day by day in each of these lines individually, knowing your concerns and suggestions so that together we can grow and enrich ourselves with this passion that we share . We dive all over the island, both from the coast and by boat, 365 days a year. We have been doing it for more than 15 years, which is why we know the dive sites of Lanzarote as our home. There are dive sites on the island for all levels. Lanzarote has some of the best seabed in Europe, the volcanic and rock formation of the Canary Islands make the underwater world of the island incredible. The visibility that reaches about 40 meters, the subtropical temperatures and the abundance and variety of marine species will amaze you.
Dawn Dives Academy Lanzarote is located at the western end of Playa Blanca (in the south of the island), inside the 5-star hotel H10 Rubicon Palace. Also at the THB Tropical Island hotel near one of the most popular dive sites in Lanzarote.
Les amoureux des tombants peuvent profiter des différents sites près de la côte. Rapidement accessibles après la traversée d’une zone sableuse, de grandes falaises immergées descendent jusqu’à des profondeurs supérieures à 40m. La roche est tapissée d’éponges colorées, de coraux orange.
Le site de plongée, le « Museo Atlántico » a ouvert ses portes en janvier 2016 sur notre merveilleuse île de Lanzarote. Ce musée 100% aquatique et unique en Europe. Les premières sculptures de Jason de Caires Taylor reposent à 14 mètres de fond.
Ici, la plongée se fait sur la marge entre le sable et la roche, en suivant le petit rail qui se forme. Le paysage prend des formes artistiques, créant de petits espaces pour y chercher des habitants.
Sans aucun doute, le lieu incontournable pour des plongées extraordinaires le long du plus spectaculaire tombant des Canaries regorgeant une vie sous-marine incroyable.
Plongée peu profonde (12 m de profondeur moyenne), idéale pour une plongée courte et facile à la dérive vers Flamingo Beach. L'eau claire et les excellentes conditions rendent ce site parfait pour les plongeurs débutants et intermédiaires.
De longues formations de lave d'environ 6 mètres de haut vous mènent à un magnifique récif volcanique. Une fois sur place, une explosion de vie marine vous attend. La profondeur maximale est de 18 mètres.
Les énormes tubes d'un émissaire sous-marin, perdus dans l'immensité de la plate-forme, servent de source de vie et de refuge dans cette plongée intéressante et populaire.
Dans cet immense banc de sable, il y a un mur sous lequel une corniche cache une mer de vie. La simplicité de cette plongée et le plaisir de plonger en toute sécurité nous font prendre conscience qu'il y a de nombreuses raisons d'appeler les îles Canaries "îles chanceuses".
