エアリービーチは一年を通して日差しが強く、気候も温暖で水温も良好なため、ダイビングは一年中楽しめます。夏は11月から4月で、気温は20度台後半、水温は年間を通して24～28℃です。夏季は雨が多くなりますが、短時間で激しい雷雨となるため、休暇に大きな支障をきたすことはありません。この時期はハコクラゲが発生するため、刺されると命に関わることもあるので、水に入る際はラッシュガードの着用が必要です。
冬は5月から10月までで、最も乾燥した気候となり、日中の気温は快適な23℃です。視界が最も良いのは8月から12月です。外礁では、この時期がミンククジラやザトウクジラを観察するのに最適な時期です。

Great for beginners, this calm lagoon has clear water and a sandy bottom. Both scuba and freedivers enjoy spotting critters like shrimp and gobies. Its gentle conditions make it ideal for training and macro photography.
4. The Hangover, Great Barrier Reef
A scenic wall dive for intermediate scuba divers. Spot barramundi, cod, and mackerel, and explore the “Stepping Stones”—flat coral pinnacles teeming with batfish and moray eels. Located within a protected marine zone.
