モルディブにあるハア・ダール・マクヌドゥは、年間を通してさまざまなコンディションでダイビングができる。水温は27℃～30℃で、暖かいダイビングができる。視界は季節によって多少変わるが、通常20～30メートルと良好。 11月から4月までは乾季のモンスーンシーズンで、海は穏やかで最高のダイビングコンディションとなる。逆に、5月から10月にかけては雨季となり、風と潮流が強まり、ダイビングのコンディションに若干の影響を与えることがある。それでも、ダイビングは一年中可能だが、水中での最適な体験のためには、乾季のほうがいいかもしれない。
