ここでのダイビングの最大の特徴のひとつは、信じられないほど透明な水である。透明度は平均して20メートルから40メートルである。11月から4月にかけては乾季で、1年のうちで最も水温が高く、穏やかな時期でもある。平均水温は25℃、年間を通して23℃から29℃の間である。
