ランペドゥーザ島とリノーザ島を含む海洋保護区イゾレ・ペラージェでは、一年を通してダイビングを楽しむことができる。水温は15℃～26℃、冬は涼しく、夏は暖かく、一年を通して快適なダイビングが楽しめる。視界は通常良好で、30mを超えることも多く、多様な海洋生物や水中景観を鮮明に見ることができる。

風や潮流などの天候要因は、ダイビングのコンディションに影響することがあり、特に冬期は風が強く、海が波立つことがある。ダイビングは一年中可能だが、最もコンディションが良いのは、天候が安定する晩春から初秋にかけてである。最適なダイビングを体験するために、ダイビングを計画する際には、これらの要素を考慮する必要がある。
