モンテゴベイを探索する

モンテゴベイは、カリブ海のジャマイカ島の北海岸にあるセント・ジェームズ教区の州都である。北海岸の西側に位置し、大きなクルーズ船の港とリゾート都市である。多くの魅力的な砂浜と透き通った海があり、特にダイバーが楽しめる。ここには多くのDIVEリゾートがあるが、インディペンデント・ダイビング・センターも数多くあり、幅広い層のダイバーに対応している。ここでのダイビングの最大の見どころは、間違いなく健康なサンゴ礁の印象的な色であり、ダイバーにとって幸運なことに、健康なサンゴ礁には、優雅なスティングレイなど、他の海洋生物がたくさん集まってくる。その他のアトラクションとしては、飛行機の難破船やスリル満点の洞窟などがある！

モンテゴベイでのダイビングに最適な月

ここでは1年中ダイビングが可能だが、6月から9月の間が最もコンディションが良くなる。10月から5月にかけては雨の可能性が高くなるが、ダイビングに影響を与えることはほとんどない。一年中気温が高いため、水温は年間を通して26℃～28℃である。透明度は全体的に良く、平均25m、ピーク時には35mを超える。これらのエリアに生息する生物は、幸運なことに季節性がないため、1年を通してほとんどの月で観察することができる。

This site has evolved into an artificial reef covered in sea fans, sea sponges, and corals, attracting species like nurse sharks and stingrays. The adventure level is advanced, suitable for scuba diving.

Chubb Reef

Chubb Reef is known for its vibrant coral gardens and diverse marine life, including parrotfish, barracudas, and sea turtles. The adventure level is easy, making it perfect for both scuba divers and freedivers. The site is also part of a marine park, ensuring its ecological importance is preserved.

Airport Reef

Located near the Montego Bay Airport, Airport Reef offers easy diving conditions with abundant marine life, such as lionfish, moray eels, and sea fans. The adventure level is easy, ideal for scuba diving. It features coral formations and is part of a protected marine area.
