ヌサドゥアでのスクーバダイビングは、バリアリーフがダイビングスポットを保護する役割を果たすため、一年中楽しめる。バリの雨季は10月から4月までで、水面コンディションが不安定になることがあるが、この地域のダイビング業者に影響を与えることはほとんどない。ヌサドゥアからヌサ諸島に行くなら、海が穏やかな11月から5月がベストだ。マンタはヌサペニダで一年中見られるが、その威厳を観察するための絶対的なプライムタイムは4月から5月である。
