Michael's Rock
Michael's Rock is teeming with vibrant coral gardens and a diverse array of fish species, including parrotfish and angelfish. The site is generally easy, suitable for both scuba and freediving. Notably, it features impressive underwater rock formations.
Black Rock
Popular for its schools of jacks and occasional sightings of reef sharks, Black Rock offers advanced diving experiences. Scuba diving is predominant here, with deep drop-offs and currents providing a thrilling adventure for experienced divers.
Pelican Reef
Pelican Reef boasts colorful coral reefs and is home to turtles and moray eels. This site is ideal for easy scuba and freediving, providing a relaxed experience. It's part of a protected marine area, emphasizing ecological conservation.
The Pinnacles
The Pinnacles feature towering coral spires and are frequented by barracudas and groupers. It offers a technical diving challenge, primarily for scuba enthusiasts, with its deep dives and complex navigation through the structures.

グアナハのサウスウエストケイは、年間を通じて素晴らしいダイビングコンディションを提供し、ダイバーに好まれる目的地となっている。年間を通して水温が高く、通常28℃～30℃である。そのため、季節に関係なく快適なダイビングが楽しめる。視界は一般的に良好で、最高30mに達することもあり、生き生きとしたサンゴ礁や多様な海洋生物をはっきりと見ることができる。
天候はほぼ安定しているが、ダイバーは10月から1月の雨季に注意する必要がある。雨季は風や潮流が強くなり、ダイビングプランに影響を与える可能性がある。このような変動はあるが、ダイビングは通常1年中可能で、海が穏やかで透明度が最も高くなる2月から9月がベストコンディションとなる。
