シルバーバンクの視界は、天候の変化によって変化することがあるが、通常、約15～30メートル/49～98フィートである。季節的な制限や移動シーズン以外の強い潮流のため、年間を通してダイビングはできない。最盛期には天候は概ね安定しているが、時折吹く風が水面のコンディションに影響することがあるため、慎重なプランニングが必要である。
