SAR Scuba is a specialized diving initiative dedicated to search and rescue readiness, underwater training, and marine conservation. With over 28 years of combined experience in public safety diving, rescue operations, and recreational training, SAR Scuba brings together certified divers, uniformed agencies, and committed volunteers to elevate standards in aquatic emergency response. Operating across Malaysia, we provide structured training and support using internationally recognized systems such as Scuba Schools International (SSI), focusing on Public Safety Diving (PSD), Rescue Diver development, and operational readiness for flood and disaster missions.

Our mission is to build a community of skilled, disciplined, and service-ready divers who can operate in high-risk and real-time emergency scenarios. Through rigorous courses, scenario-based simulations, and integrated field experience, we prepare divers to perform confidently in challenging environments—be it underwater searches, swift-water rescue, or evidence recovery. Our veteran instructors and safety teams guide every step to ensure knowledge, technique, and teamwork align with rescue-grade standards.

Beyond rescue work, SAR Scuba actively champions marine conservation and environmental awareness. We collaborate closely with government agencies, local dive centers, and NGOs in initiatives like ghost net removals, reef protection, and public education campaigns. Our involvement in conservation projects—particularly in key dive zones such as Pulau Bidong and Pulau Tenggol—aims to protect Malaysia’s marine heritage while promoting sustainable diving practices for future generations.
