I subacquei di Kata Beach North Reef possono evitare costose gite in barca verso destinazioni remote per tutta la stagione delle immersioni, poiché questo sito è vicino e facile da raggiungere. Creature diverse si muovono in zone diverse in momenti diversi; non ci sono due immersioni su Kata che siano mai uguali.

King Cruiser è classificato come uno dei migliori siti di immersione su relitti in Asia, certamente in Thailandia. Dopo essere affondato il 4 maggio 1997, si tratta di un'incredibile immersione su un relitto a più di 30 metri, la cima del relitto si trova ora a circa 18 metri. Adatto a subacquei esperti e tecnici. Grandi banchi di pesci e bellissimi coralli.

Homerun Reef si trova a Racha Yai Bay 3, che inizia appena a nord della Baia 1. Questo è un buon sito per le immersioni alla deriva. La profondità di immersione è di 10-25 metri.

La baia 1 si trova sul lato est dell'isola di Racha Yai. Ci sono tre relitti da esplorare in questo sito di immersione. Le profondità sono tra i 5-25 metri e la spiaggia di sabbia bianca è tranquilla.
★★★★☆ Racha Yai, Bay 2
Questo sito di immersione si trova nella seconda baia sul lato est dell'isola di Ratcha Yai. Si tratta di un ambiente tranquillo con sabbia bianca punteggiata da scogliera a 5-25 metri di profondità. Ci sono una serie di scogliere di pesci artificiali in cemento che si affacciano al largo, dove molti pesci possono essere visti appollaiati.
★★★★☆ Racha Yai, Bungalow Bay
Bungalow Bay è un sito di immersioni tranquillo e molto buono per i principianti, provare le immersioni e gli studenti in acque libere. La profondità varia da 5-20 metri. Non ci sono correnti o onde. Anche qui è stata costruita una barriera corallina artificiale.
★★★★☆ Shark Point
Shark Point è uno dei siti di immersione più popolari di Phuket. I tre pinnacoli di Shark Point rompono la superficie in una piccola area. Il resto è sommerso e ricoperto di coralli molli e duri. Questa è una grande immersione alla deriva. Qui è possibile avvistare spesso squali leopardo e squali bambù, da cui il nome.
★★★★★ Viking Cave
La Grotta Vichinga ha una baia suggestiva e una bella grotta sopra l'acqua, ma il vero problema è sott'acqua a poche centinaia di metri a nord della Grotta Vichinga. Qualche anno fa, il dipartimento di conservazione marina di Phuket ha abbattuto una bellissima barriera corallina artificiale per ristabilire la vita marina dopo lo tsunami.
