Explorers Isole Togian
La Baia di Tomini ospita le Isole Togian, un arcipelago di 56 isole rinomate per le acque limpide, la sabbia bianca e le foreste pluviali. Sotto la superficie si trovano siti con dislivelli fino a 400 m, pinnacoli ricchi di vita marina e relitti di aerei intatti della Seconda Guerra Mondiale pronti per essere scoperti. Durante le immersioni subacquee nelle Isole Togian (a volte scritte Togean), hai la possibilità di assistere alla muta degli squali martello, che sono in cima alla lista dei desideri di molti subacquei. Per accedere alle remote acque delle Togian, puoi soggiornare in un resort subacqueo, ma data la sua posizione, è meglio esplorare i fondali con le imbarcazioni liveaboard. Nella zona ci sono alcuni centri di immersione presso i quali è possibile seguire dei corsi, ma su molte barche liveaboard c'è anche l'opportunità di partecipare a diversi corsi di immersione.
