ONTINUE YOUR TRAINING FUN does not have to end here! With just a little more training, you can go even further - imagine diving underwater wrecks, with sharks or becoming an underwater photographer! SPECIALTY COURSES Enroll in a specialty course (wreck diving, deep diving, night diving, etc.) to improve your skills and learn some new ones. Performing a specific number of SSI Specialties and continuing your dives allows you to gain higher levels of diver qualifications. ADVANCED ADVENTURER The Advanced Aventurer program allows the diver to try out 5 different specialties before committing to complete a full program. It's a good way to experience what advanced training is all about and how valuable it can be to your dive adventures. If you subsequently decide to complete a full program in any of the specialties that you have tried, the immersion you perform can be applied for your advanced certification. STRESS & RESCUE DIVER Stress is the main contributor to rescue situations and to diving accidents. Through this course you will learn to prevent accidents, as well as to handle problems in certain situations if they happen. This program addresses how to avoid, recognize and solve problems both on the surface and underwater. The course lasts between two and four days in which you will participate in theoretical classes course lasts between two and four days in which you will participate in theoretical classes and water sessions. As a prerequisite for certification you must have First Aid certification. DIVING PROFESSIONAL Turn your passion into your job! DIVE GUIDE The goal of the Diving Guide course is to create well-prepared, versatile and act as a professional outlet for Dive Professionals. SSI Diving Guides can manage and guide certified divers. In addition, once you have passed the Snorkeling Instructor course, a Diving Guide can teach and process Snorkeling certifications. DIVE MASTER Divemaster qualification is the first step to entering the professional career. This certification will allow you to work in any SSI center by doing the group guide tasks and taking Discober Scuba Divers, as well as assisting instructors in conducting Open Water Diver courses. DIVE CONTROL SPECIALIST You have three options: Perform Diving Guide, Diving Science and Dive Control Specialist separately or all in one course or access the Divemaster course from another recognized agency. As a Dive Control Specialist you can direct and guide certified divers; Assist SSI Instructors in class, pool and open water; teach exercises in class and in the pool under the indirect supervision of an SSI Instructor; Teach the SSI Scuba Skills Update course, the SSI Snorkeling course and the Try Scuba SSI course and have access to the Training Specialist. CLUB H2O Club is a space aimed at members of the diving center H2O Diving Center. It has been created with the purpose of promoting social activities such as dives, continuing training courses, discover scuba dives, national and international diving trips, environmental awareness activities such as port cleaning, and many other activities. In this section you will find the different activities that we are planning. ECO The conservation of the environment is a responsibility upon each one of us. H2O Diving Center is a dive center committed to the Environment and, as a result, we are committed to the environmental education and the natural environment that our sea offers. In H2O we collaborate with the cleaning of the port of Port Marina of Palamós that is realized annually. Mobile phones, bottles, glasses and tires have been taken from the bottom of the port in previous years. All of them are polluting objects that harm our marine ecosystem. All divers who wish so can join this initiative and help to clean underwater bottoms of the inland waters of the port. The ultimate goal is to make people aware about the importance of not throwing waste into the water. In addition, every year we offer a GROC training course on opisthobranchies, a theoretical-practical course for those who want to get started in the world of the opisthobranchs. The basic theoretical session gives basic information about its biology, ecology and classification. Subsequently two dives are made, one from coast and one from boat, to teach how to for them and identification of the most common opisthobranchs of our coast. The course ends with an exchange of the observed species and the photographs made by the participants during the dives.

Gelegen praktisch voor, en minder dan twee mijl van, de haven van Llafranc, vindt u drie fantastische onderwatergebergten genaamd Els Ullastres.

Op ongeveer een halve mijl afstand, loodrecht op de kustplaats Tamariu, ligt een van de mooiste onderwaterprofielen voor deze kust.
Buiten Palamos, in het westen, ligt de Boreas, een schip van 40 meter aan de bakboordzijde. Het is 20 tot 35 meter diep, boven op een zandbodem.
Op slechts 10 minuten varen vindt u deze fantastische duikstek. Ideaal voor alle duikniveaus, van OWD tot de meest geavanceerde. 5 minuten duiken brengt u naar het scheepswrak Boreas.
Dit is een geweldige duiklocatie voor beginnende duikers en open water klassen vanwege de ondiepe diepte en het grote onderwaterleven. De site ligt naast de haven van Port Marina in Palamós.
Dit is een boot- of walduik die 2-18 meter diep is. Als gemakkelijke duik, is deze site geweldig voor nieuwe duikers en meer ervaren duikers. Het ligt zeer dicht bij Puerto Marina in Palamós. U vindt er een gezellige baai met een heel bijzondere charme door het soort huizen dat er staat.
De Roca Roja ligt op de grens tussen Platja d'Aro en Palamós. Het wordt gekenmerkt door een rotsformatie die varieert tussen 8 en 30 meter diep. Twee pinakels zijn verbonden met mooie rotsen die doorkruist worden door twee kleine ravijnen.
Infanterieduik naast Port Marina in Palamós. Het is perfect als eerste duik om de onderwaterwereld te verkennen en voor degenen die zich in een vroeg stadium van het duiken bevinden. Voor de meer gevorderden kunnen we fantastische plaatsen vinden zoals de Bethlehem, de Windroos of de ankers.
Een once-in-a-lifetime duik. Deze duikstek ligt in een klein reservaat dat gevormd wordt door een groep eilandjes voor de Cap de Planes, tussen Palamós en Calella de Palafrugell.
Deze duikstek ten oosten van de Formigues Eilanden is een diepe en technische duik waar je een diversiteit aan overvloedige flora en fauna vindt, de kleuren zorgen voor een prachtige duik.
