Verken Besar eiland
Besar Island is een van de eilanden die verspreid liggen langs de zuidoostkust van Maleisië, direct voor de kust van het district Mersing. Dit eiland behoort tot de meest tropische paradijselijke eilanden in de regio en biedt duikers een prachtig landschap, ontspannende, witte zandstranden en glinsterend water om van te genieten als ze niet duiken. Onder water wemelt het hier van het leven, van kleurrijke, levendige riffen tot een overvloed aan scholen vissen en talloze zeedieren. Er is hier zo'n grote overvloed aan zeedieren dat er een zeepark van is gemaakt om ze te helpen beschermen en behouden. Als je bedenkt dat er al zoveel onderwaterleven te zien is in het kristalheldere water aan de oppervlakte, dan is dat een spannende indicatie van wat er te zien is als duikers eenmaal duiken.

The Highway

Terumbu Kuning
Known as Yellow Reef, this site is characterized by its vibrant yellow tree corals and schools of yellow fish. It offers a unique visual experience for divers. Suitable for all skill levels, it supports both scuba and freediving.
Shark Point
Located near Pulau Tengah, Shark Point is known for sightings of various shark species, including Black Tip and White Tip Reef Sharks. With moderate currents, it's suited for advanced divers and primarily for scuba diving. It's part of a protected marine area.
Coral Gardens
This site features extensive coral formations that attract a variety of marine life. It's accessible for all diving levels and offers both scuba and freediving opportunities. Being part of a marine park, it's an area of ecological importance.
