El buceo en Koh Samet es perfecto para buceadores de todos los niveles. Sólo hay un pequeño número de centros de buceo y Resorts en la propia isla, aunque eso sólo contribuye al ambiente de isla virgen que atrae a los visitantes que anhelan algo único. Las escuelas de buceo suelen ofrecer una experiencia más personal con los instructores, ya que las clases son más reducidas. En la zona se puede bucear con barcos, aunque suelen venir del continente o de otras zonas del Golfo de Tailandia, concretamente para bucear en los famosos Pináculos de la Alhambra, sin duda el mejor lugar de buceo de la provincia de Rayong.
