Dalyan, Türkiye'nin güneybatı kıyısının hemen iç kesimlerinde, Dalyan Nehri üzerinde yer alan bir kasabadır. Kıyısı Akdeniz'e komşudur. Dalışların çoğu Dalyan Boğazı bölgesinde yapılır. Buradaki tek dalış merkezi, dalgıçlara su altı mağarasını, dik yamaçları, mercan resiflerini ve mercan zirvelerini, sığ deniz çayırı dalış noktalarını ziyaret ederek heyecan verici tam gün dalış deneyimleri sunar ve bu sularda yaşayan zengin deniz yaşamını gösterir.

Bu bölgede dalış sezonu genellikle Nisan'dan Kasım'a kadar sürer, çünkü bu aylar su koşullarının en uygun olduğu dönemdir. Nisan ayında su sıcaklığı yaklaşık 18°C iken, yaz ortasında 31°C'ye kadar çıkabilir. Görüş mesafesi 10 ila 20 metre arasında değişir ve akıntılar yıl boyunca hafiftir.
