A melhor época para mergulhar na Ilha Mana, assim como em outras áreas das Mamanucas, é de abril a novembro. No entanto, você pode mergulhar o ano todo. De abril a novembro é a alta temporada, com céu ensolarado, água mais fria (até 26°C ou menos), ventos ocasionalmente fortes, visibilidade incrível e muitos turistas. A estação úmida, de dezembro a março, tem águas mais quentes (até 29°C), chuvas intensas, porém curtas, visibilidade mais baixa e menos turistas.
