Sukeltaminen on yksi suosituimmista aktiviteeteista Manan saarella, joka tarjoaa erilaisia sukelluskeskuksia ja -resortteja eri budjeteille. Mana on yksi kahdesta Mamanuca-saaresta, joilla on lentokenttä, joten siirtyminen Nadista on mahdollisimman helppoa.

1. The Supermarket
Located off Mana Island's northern tip, this site is renowned for shark encounters, with reef sharks patrolling the area. It's joined by vibrant reef fish, creating a mesmerizing dive. Adventure level is advanced, suited for scuba diving. The site's highlight is the thrilling shark encounters and vibrant marine life.
2. Plantation Pinnacle
This coral bommie is adorned with anemones and clownfish. The dive is easy, perfect for scuba and freediving. The site is known for its colorful coral gardens and resident 'Nemo' clownfish, making it ideal for photographers and marine life enthusiasts.
3. Gotham City
Famous for its three pinnacles, this site hosts batfish schools, turtles, and occasionally sharks. The dive is of moderate difficulty and suitable for scuba diving. The unique pinnacles and diverse marine life make it a fascinating dive experience.
4. Namotu Passage
A classic barrier reef site offering shark, turtle, and tuna sightings. The adventure level is moderate and ideal for scuba diving. Known for surprise visitors from the ocean, it's a great spot for encountering larger marine species.
5. The SS Salamanda
This wreck is an easy dive for advanced open water divers. The wreck has become an artificial reef, attracting diverse marine life. It's a purely scuba diving site, offering exploration of three decks in excellent condition, making it a fascinating dive for wreck enthusiasts.
Parhaat kuukaudet sukeltaa Manan saarella
Paras aika sukeltaa Manan saarella, kuten muillakin Mamanucasin alueilla, on huhtikuusta marraskuuhun. Sukeltamisesta voi kuitenkin nauttia ympäri vuoden. Huhtikuusta marraskuuhun on sesonkiaika, jolloin on aurinkoinen taivas, viileämpi vesi (26 °C tai alle), toisinaan kova tuuli, uskomaton näkyvyys ja paljon turisteja. Märkäkausi, joulukuusta maaliskuuhun, on lämpimämpää (jopa 29 °C), voimakkaita mutta lyhyitä sateiden jaksoja, heikompaa näkyvyyttä ja vähemmän turisteja.
