Lastovo egy sziget, amely Horvátország dalmát partjainál fekszik. A legjobb hónapok Lastovo területén való merüléshez
Horvátországban és az Adriai-tengeren egész évben lehet búvárkodni. A vizek azonban nyáron június és szeptember között a legmelegebbek, ezekben a hónapokban a legnyugodtabbak is. Télen a víz hőmérséklete 15°C és 19°C között mozog, míg nyáron akár 25°C is lehet. A látótávolság átlagon felüli, 10 és 30 méter között mozog, de leginkább a 30 méter felé hajlik.
