Vela Luka é uma cidade localizada na ilha de Korčula, ao largo da costa dálmata da Croácia, no Mar Adriático. A sua principal caraterística é a grande baía em torno da qual se desenvolveu. 4. Velika Špilja

Os melhores meses para mergulhar em Vela Luka
É possível mergulhar na Croácia e no Mar Adriático durante todo o ano. No entanto, as águas são mais quentes no verão, entre junho e setembro, sendo também nestes meses que as águas são mais calmas. No inverno, as temperaturas da água variam entre os 15°C e os 19°C, enquanto no verão atingem os 25°C. A visibilidade é superior à média, entre os 10 e os 30 metros, tendendo maioritariamente para os 30 metros.
