Otok Tinggi je otok smješten 30 kilometara od obale primorskog grada Mersinga u Johoru u Maleziji, okružen kristalno čistim, toplim vodama i bogatim morskim vrstama. Pulau Tinggi se jednom riječju može opisati kao 'spokoj'. Ovdje se to odnosi i na područje iznad i ispod vode. Ronioci ovdje mogu uživati u 12 ronilačkih lokacija, a sve skrivaju bujne koraljne grebene i živopisne morske vrste. Na Pulau Tinggiju nema ronilačkih centara, ali se oni nalaze na susjednom otoku Pulau Sibu.

Toplo je tijekom cijele godine, a kišna sezona traje samo tri mjeseca, od prosinca do veljače, što znači devet mjeseci godišnje s odličnim uvjetima za ronjenje. Temperature vode ovdje se kreću između 27°C i 30°C, drugim riječima, topla je tijekom cijele godine. Vidljivost se kreće između 10 metara i 25 metara, a najniža vidljivost je tijekom kišne sezone i najtoplijeg mjeseca u godini, a to je kolovoz.
