Nằm ngay phía nam đảo chính Viti Levu của Fiji, đảo Beqa rất dễ tiếp cận và là điểm đến phổ biến cho những ai muốn xuống nước ngay lập tức. Có rất nhiều trung tâm lặn và khu nghỉ dưỡng lặn, và chỗ ở cũng rất dồi dào. Du khách cũng có thể lựa chọn tham gia tour du thuyền lặn lưu trú qua đêm.
Người ta cho rằng có hơn 100 rạn san hô ở khu vực Beqa, bao gồm các khối san hô và đỉnh san hô, rạn viền bờ và một vài xác tàu đắm. San hô ở đây vô cùng khỏe mạnh và rực rỡ, và số lượng cá, sinh vật rạn san hô và cá mập cũng rất phong phú.
Đầm phá Beqa, một điểm lặn biển nổi tiếng, bao gồm 100 dặm vuông nước màu ngọc lam trong vắt được bao quanh bởi khoảng 30 km rạn san hô chắn, giúp nó trở thành một trong những rạn san hô chắn lớn nhất thế giới.

Hoạt động lặn biển ở đảo Beqa rất tuyệt vời quanh năm, nhờ vào khí hậu nhiệt đới tuyệt hảo. Tuy nhiên, điều kiện có thể thay đổi đôi chút tùy theo mùa. Để có tầm nhìn tốt nhất, lặn biển ở đảo Beqa có vùng biển trong nhất từ tháng 7 đến tháng 9, khi bạn có thể nhìn thấy ở độ sâu 20-40 mét. Nhiệt độ nước dao động từ khoảng 24°C vào tháng 7 và tháng 8, đến khoảng 28°C vào tháng 2 và tháng 3.
Tại đầm phá Beqa, mặt nước nhìn chung khá lặng sóng do được bảo vệ, và dòng chảy rất yếu, mặc dù thỉnh thoảng có thể có sóng lớn từ tháng 11 đến tháng 1.

5. E.T
Featuring a large bommie and a huge tunnel leading to two chambers, this site is adorned with colorful soft corals. It's suitable for advanced scuba diving and offers unique topographical exploration opportunities.
6. Carpet Cove
Known for its abundance of anemones and a Chinese trawler wreck, this site houses electric clams, turtles, and whitetip sharks. It suits advanced scuba divers and features a wreck covered with encrusted corals.
7. Fantasea
With potential currents, this site offers a coral ridge with crinoids and various corals, alongside large gorgonian fans. It's suitable for advanced scuba diving and features diverse marine life and unique coral formations.
8. Seven Sisters
Hosting numerous pinnacles, this site offers a dynamic topography rich in marine life. It's suitable for advanced scuba diving, with its ever-changing landscape providing a captivating dive experience.
9. The Pinnacle
