This is a dive that runs parallel to the coast of Ciudadela. Leaving the port and sailing north in 5 minutes we anchor at 18 m saving the Neptune grass on the bottom. There are several small caves and chimneys, easily practicable and a large amount of aquatic life, especially macro.
This dive is one of the best dives in the Balearic Islands. It is a cave more than 200 meters long. You can see impressive stalactites and stalagmites. Inside you can see small prawns, greater hermit-crabs, cotton-spinners, meagre, black brittle-stars, and sometimes a European conger eel.
After leaving the port, we sailed north, parallel to the coast, enjoying its landscape. When we arrive at Punta Na Mari we anchor at 12 m., and descend on a sandy area, from there sailing towards the northeast we arrive at some caves in the cliff staggered in three layers called Los Trogloditas.
This is a dive that must be done from a boat. It is a spectacular place, the rocky formations alternate with a background of Neptune grasse and sand that usually have enough animals.
This dive can be done from a boat or from the shore, with a maximum depth of 22 meters. There is always a lot of marine life and sometimes there is current.
Leaving the port, sail north, parallel to the coast enjoying the beautiful landscape until you reach the cove of Calas Picas. Anchor there and descend to the sandy bottom covered in Neptune grass. Dive parallel to the coast until you reach the entrance of the tunnel, the return in the same way you came.
This is a dive with a maximum depth of 22.5 meters. It can be done from a boat or from the coast. It’s a rock that emerges from the bottom to a depth of 12 meters with a length of about 50 meters. Seen from the south face it looks like the bow of a nuclear submarine and this gives the dive its name. A lot of life.
This dive is usually done from land in the Cala de Son Xoriguer and is especially suitable for inexperienced divers and for night dives. The maximum depth is 10 metres and is usually started by entering from a platform or descending a few stone steps.
It is a dive that is done from the coast, and we do it from the platforms. Next to the coast there is a shallow sandy area and little by little we find more and more depth, always leaving the coast to our left, we arrive at some cave. From there we will return.
This dive can be done from a boat or from land. On the north coast of the island we can dive in Cala Morel, we enter the water from the platforms that are on the coast, finding a fairly wide sand, leaving the cove and diving to the west we can reach the Cueva de La Catedral.
The dive begins in the beautiful bay in the presence of the Cap d’Artrutx lighthouse, continues heading towards the tip of the cape and along the wall, we reach a depth of 17/18 meters. On the way back we can visit some caves with fun passages between the rocks.
This dive has a maximum depth of 24.5 meters. It can be done from a boat or from the coast. There is an Ariadne line that allows for a penetration of 80 meters into the cave. From the bottom of the cave looking towards the blue, the play of light is impressive.
This dive site is in a cavern that has three access points, hence the name three eyes. It is recommended to have the caverns or cenote specialty certification.
