The MySSI app stores everything securely in one place, online or offline - training materials, logbook and certification cards. This includes Scuba Diving, Extended Range, Freediving and Mermaid. Selection and affiliation of training centers Each student must select an SSI Training Center as a "training partner" during course registration. Affiliation ensures personalized service and a quality training experience. Students can also change their affiliation in their user profile or choose to join multiple Training Centers. When they join a Training Center online or through the MySSI app, a Privacy Agreement is processed to comply with GDPR regulations. Medical and administrative requirements Each student or candidate must complete the required SSI Training Records before they can participate in an SSI course. Forms for minors must be reviewed and signed by a parent or legal guardian. This year, as every year, we are carrying out a lake cleaning campaign together with the local clubs and diving schools. Armed with collecting nets, we scour the Dankern lake bathing area and collect all garbage that could be dangerous for bathers. We are happy to welcome any volunteers who would like to lend a hand in, on or under the water.

Join in and protect your environment

In a relaxed atmosphere, you can improve your OWD diving skills, refine your skills as an experienced diver or simply dive down and explore and enjoy the exciting Widdauen Lakes (Lakes 1 and 2) and their fauna and flora. Simply register for our event by emailing info@tauchbar.com. The entrance fee (lake entrance fee) will be collected at the lake. Please bring the following documents to the event: valid TTU, certification (min. OWD or higher) and your diving insurance.

In the summer months (May - October) we meet every Friday at 5 pm at the diving school for a fun dive, followed by the opportunity to talk shop, plan further activities or have a barbecue together.

If you would like to start diving, take your first diving course and are looking for the right course for you, or if you have gained some experience in recreational diving and feel ready to continue your training, then come to one of our information evenings, especially for beginners and recreational divers. Here we will try to clarify your questions and work out a suitable idea of when we can start the right training for you together. There are many ways in which your training can take place, give us the opportunity to get you excited about diving training at tauchmalab. Over a coffee or a cold drink we will discuss your questions and get to know each other. The booking fee of EUR 5.00 charged here will of course be credited to your diving course. We look forward to meeting you!

We start the open water season with our first dive meeting. As always, after the dive there is the opportunity for a cozy get-together and barbecue.

During summer we offer one or two guided dives every Sunday in one of the surrounding lakes. Prerequisite: At least SSI Open Water Diver or equivalent certification from another diving association, a valid diving fitness certificate and your own ABC equipment (mask, snorkel, fins, booties, gloves). For club members, participation is free of charge (rental equipment for a fee), for non-club members we have to charge a fee of € 10 (if a dive guide / supervision by us / our DivePROs is desired or required - this does not apply to participants who are self-sufficient, i.e. only looking for a buddy and can also lead a dive themselves).
