There are many entrances for divers at Möwen-See. The lake almost always offers very good visibility. The topography underwater is very mountainous so always dive with a compass. The lake has little vegetation. The lake is about about 45 m deep.
Large shoals of perch of all sizes can be found in the Möwen See. Pike are found in the shore area and crabs are found throughout the lake.
