Join us on our daily dive excursions as we go and explore 2 dive sites. For our trips we meet at 9.15 at the dive center and we typically return in the afternoon around 2 o clock. On the boat we have all core facilities, such as a table to sit inside, a toilet and kitchen and we provide water, hot tea and fresh fruit. We organise trips everyday from monday to Saturday and also organise trips on demand in the afternoon. All of our prices also include any equipment you need, but you are welcome to bring your own gear.

The sea! Mystical, exciting, beautiful! Around two thirds of the earth's surface is covered by the sea. Logically, the sea is therefore an enormously important space for humans. It serves as a habitat, as a transportation and trade route, as a source of food or simply as a place for recreation and sport. And although the world's oceans play such an important role in human history, only around 5% of them have been explored. At the same time, the part that is already known is being excessively used and exploited to supply people all over the world with marine products, often at the expense of ecosystems and marine organisms! If that were not enough, the sea also serves directly and indirectly as a garbage can and catch basin for all kinds of pollutants. Whether heavy metals, crude oil, microplastics or any kind of waste - all of these can now be found in the world's oceans. It is clear that the sea needs our help! This exhibition deals with the topics of marine use and marine pollution in a very vivid way!

UNDERWATER CLEAN UP - FEMALE ISLAND BECOMES A BLUE OCEANS AMBASSADOR It's no secret: Every year tens of thousands of marine animals and seabirds die because they eat or become entangled in trash in the ocean. This marine debris is known to devastate habitats (both underwater and on land), enter the food chain of aquatic life (in turn reaching our digestive systems), and foul once pristine and pristine coastal areas. 70 percent of the trash that ends up in our ocean sinks to the seafloor. Join the Underwater Clea Up program that harnesses the potential of divers and uses their love of the ocean to help solve the problem of underwater marine debris. We are proud to support this global citizen science project by conducting weekly cleanup dives in our precious coral reefs. How our Underwater Clean Up meeting works at Diving Center Saracen at 09:30 we will provide tanks, weights and net bags, so all you have to do is bring yourself and your diving equipment (equipment rental is available) Our dive starts at the Scalo Madonna dive site in Isola delle Femmine near the dive center and lasts 45-50 minutes, then all the debris collected after the dive will be separated and sorted so that we can identify the major sources of marine pollutants finally we will conclude with coffee and a brainstorming session on effective solutions we can implement locally to stop the waste at the source. After Work is meant to be a way to end the day after work in the water and gain experience or meet new buddies. We will offer both scuba and freediving opportunities. The rental equipment can optionally be rented from us.

Sessions open to anyone with at least Pool Freediving certification. Work on your own and/or with an instructor.
