The SSI Specialty Nicght & Limited Visibility teaches you how to plan and carry out dives at night and in limited visibility. The course consists of a total of 2 training parts: Theory (including online training) and open water. After successfully completing all parts of the course, you will receive the SSI Night & Limited Visibility Specialty certification.

Independent diving should not motivate solo dives, but is another safety feature in case you are separated from your buddy. SSI Specialty Independent Diving provides you with the knowledge and skills necessary to dive safely and comfortably without a buddy. You will learn more about self-confidence, proper equipment maintenance and the special considerations and rescue techniques for diving without a buddy. The course consists of a total of 3 training parts: Theory (including online training) pool and open water. After successfully completing all parts of the course, you will receive the SSI Independent Diving Specialty certification.

If you can't decide which specialty programs are best for you, join the SSI Advanced Open Water Diver program! You will try Deep Diving and Navigation as well as 3 other specialty areas before deciding on a full specialty training. It's a great way to experience what Advanced Open Water Diver training is all about and how valuable it can be for your diving adventures. During the Advanced Open Water Diver program you will learn about 5 different specialties by completing one open water training dive per specialty after a detailed briefing with your SSI Instructor. This program gives you complete freedom to explore everything. You can complete the entire specialty training at any time and receive credit for your Advanced Open Water Diver training.

The SSI Specialty Perfect Buoyancy provides you with the knowledge and skills you need to enhance your diving experience, increase your comfort in the water and get the most out of your equipment. The course consists of a total of 2 training parts: Theory (including online training) and pool/open water After successfully completing all parts of the course, you will receive the SSI Perfect Buoyancy Specialty certification.

If you've always wanted to try easy, comfortable and weightless diving without the burden of a scuba unit on your back, the SSI Specialty Recreational Sidemount will give you the knowledge and skills you need to dive safely and comfortably with a sidemount configuration. You will quickly realize that the comfortable buoyancy and the easier movement will give you a completely new diving experience. The course consists of a total of 2 training parts: Theory (including online training) and open water. After successfully completing all parts of the course, you will receive the SSI Recreational Sidemount Diving Specialty certification.

Under professional guidance and playful training, we will introduce you to the movements of a mermaid. The SSI Try Mermaid program is your introduction to the world of mermaids and mermen and to swimming with a mermaid monofin. If you are in possession of swimwear and a seahorse, nothing should stand in the way of the fun. The number of participants is limited to 3 people per session. This allows our mermaid trainer to respond to each participant individually.

What should I do if my buddy gets into a stressful situation underwater? How can I help a diver who is physically exhausted under and above water? How can I safely reach the surface with another diver in a no-air situation? There are many stressful situations that can be resolved with correct and quick action before something happens. The SSI Specialty Stress & Rescue prepares you for exactly such situations and shows you how to react correctly in such situations. You will learn to recognize problems above and below the water surface and to solve them safely by reacting correctly. The course consists of a total of 2 training parts: Theory (including online training) and open water. After successfully completing all parts of the course, you will receive the SSI Diver Stress & Rescue Specialty certification.
