In the SSI Specialty Seach & Recovery you will learn different search patterns for different conditions and the correct techniques for the safe recovery of objects. The course consists of a total of 2 training parts: Theory (including online training) and open water. After successfully completing all parts of the course, you will receive the SSI Search & Recovery Specialty certification.

Do you want to enjoy more extended dives and cover and explore a larger diving area? Then the SSI Scooter/DPV Specialty program is the perfect course for you. You can only swim a certain distance with your legs, but with an underwater scooter or a Diver Propulsion Vehicle (DPV) you can enjoy every dive carefree. In this DPV course you will learn everything you need to know to use a DPV safely and to obtain the specialty certification. The course consists of a total of 2 training parts: Theory (including online training) and open water. After successfully completing all training parts, you will receive the SSI Scooter Specialty certification.

Night diving offers excitement, adventure and fascination. To rediscover the familiar underwater world and see it with different eyes means diving at night. The SSI Specialty Nicght & Limited Visibility teaches you how to plan and carry out dives at night and in limited visibility. The course consists of a total of 2 training parts: Theory (including online training) and open water. After successfully completing all parts of the course, you will receive the SSI Night & Limited Visibility Specialty certification.

Under professional guidance and playful training, we will introduce you to the movements of a mermaid. The SSI Try Mermaid program is your introduction to the world of mermaids and mermen and to swimming with a mermaid monofin. If you are in possession of swimwear and a seahorse, nothing should stand in the way of the fun. The number of participants is limited to 3 people per session. This allows our mermaid trainer to respond to each participant individually.

Independent diving should not motivate solo dives, but is another safety feature in case you are separated from your buddy. SSI Specialty Independent Diving provides you with the knowledge and skills necessary to dive safely and comfortably without a buddy. You will learn more about self-confidence, proper equipment maintenance and the special considerations and rescue techniques for diving without a buddy. The course consists of a total of 3 training parts: Theory (including online training) pool and open water. After successfully completing all parts of the course, you will receive the SSI Independent Diving Specialty certification.

If you can't decide which specialty programs are best for you, join the SSI Advanced Open Water Diver program! You will try Deep Diving and Navigation as well as 3 other specialty areas before deciding on a full specialty training. It's a great way to experience what Advanced Open Water Diver training is all about and how valuable it can be for your diving adventures. During the Advanced Open Water Diver program you will learn about 5 different specialties by completing one open water training dive per specialty after a detailed briefing with your SSI Instructor. This program gives you complete freedom to explore everything. You can complete the entire specialty training at any time and receive credit for your Advanced Open Water Diver training.

The SSI Specialty Perfect Buoyancy provides you with the knowledge and skills you need to enhance your diving experience, increase your comfort in the water and get the most out of your equipment. The course consists of a total of 2 training parts: Theory (including online training) and pool/open water After successfully completing all parts of the course, you will receive the SSI Perfect Buoyancy Specialty certification.

Do you want to have fun diving even in the cold season? The SSI Specialty Dry Suit Diving teaches you the advantages and correct handling of a dry suit. You will also learn about different types of suits, valves, undergarments and dry suit accessories. Proper care and maintenance are also included. The course consists of a total of 2 training parts: Theory (including online training) and open water. After successfully completing all parts of the course, you will receive the SSI Dry Suit Diving Specialty certification.
