The Brechtsee is located near Huttenheim in the district of Karlsruhe in Baden-Württemberg and is a popular diving site. The maximum depth of the lake is about 26m. Diving in the Brechtsee near Huttenheim is regulated by a legal ordinance of the city of Philippsburg.
The lake is home to many species of fish such as pike, carp, perch, zander etc. There are also some nice things to discover in the lake like a big wooden shark.
