★★★★☆ Untergrombach (Metzgerallmend)

The quarry pond Untergrombach (Metzgerallmend) is located in the district of Kalsruhe. At its deepest point the lake drops down to 24 meters. Out of special consideration for the animal and plant world, this quarry is divided into different zones. Please use the diving board.

★★★★☆ Streitköpflesee

The Streitköpflesee is worth a dive, especially because of the variety of different aquatic plants. Freshwater fish like pike, carp, and tench can be seen again and again. This quarry pond has a maximum depth of about 14 m. Please keep to the existing rules.

★★★★★ Baron Gautsch (Wreck)

Touring the Baron Gautsch is best started at the stern, across the upper deck towards the bow. After viewing the outside of the ship, you will get a very pleasant feeling of staying in the wreck, while going to the upper deck where the steel skeleton is left.

One of the most beautiful dive sites islands of Rovinj. In the upper portion of the centre of the island there is the entrance to a small cave. (About 5 meters). A corridor leads into the central room of the cave, which is lit up by the sun through an opening. The dark parts of the cave are home to red starfish.

★★★★☆ Baggersee Giesen

Diving is allowed in a small area and there is a sign at the entrance. Here, as in other lakes, the legal regulations must be observed and complied with.

★★★★☆ Büchenau (Alte Allmend)

In recent years, the quarry pond near Büchenau has increasingly developed into a popular attraction for people from near and far seeking relaxation. Divers should use the parking lot at the hall and adhere to the valid legal regulations. There is a sign at the car park showing the different zones.

★★★★★ HMS Coriolanus (Wreck)

Due to its position and depth, HMS Coriolanus is one of the most popular wrecks to dive to in Istria peninsular. This amazing artificial reef full of marine life, most of the time gives the impression you dive some where in tropicals. Here you can see almost everything Northern Adriatic can offer.

★★★☆☆ Baggersee Leopoldshafen

The municipal council of Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen has regulated the shore zones. In addition to the existing users, there will also be a specially designated access for recreational divers at the lake.

★★★★☆ Plittersdorf Deglersee

There are two entrances in the form of a small slipway. These merge into a gravel pile and, thus, ensure an easy entry and exit. Here you should descend as quickly as possible to 5 meters, because the edge areas of the lake are a retreat for fish and water birds.

This dive site on the outskirts of the small island Sturago consists of many interesting rock formations and a canyon is to dive as well. Since the dive site 12 meters and up the most interesting, is the sufficient time to relax and look in the many crevices a lot of aquatic life awaits us.

★★★★★ Wreck Numidia

This wreck, sunk in 1944, attracts the curiosity of many diving enthusiasts due to its impressive length of 120 metres. Diving to this wreck, however, is only possible for experienced divers due to its location and depth. Depths between 33 and 40m require a lot of experience in dive planning.

★★★★☆ Giuseppe Dezza

The Italian minesweeper was built in 1913 and sunk in 1944. Until 1929 she bore the name „Pilade Bronzetti“. She was sunk by a British aircraft which spotted her during a reconnaissance flight. The torpedo broke the ship in half and therefore the bow and stern are about fifty yards apart.

Called “ISTRA“ for years, the true identity of this wreck was only recently established as the steamship “Hans Schmidt.“

The Brechtsee is located near Huttenheim in the district of Karlsruhe in Baden-Württemberg and is a popular diving site. The maximum depth of the lake is about 26m. Diving in the Brechtsee near Huttenheim is regulated by a legal ordinance of the city of Philippsburg.

The Anglersee in Staffort is a gem, because flora and fauna are very intensive and pronounced. In various dives different animals were encountered.
