Riff Nienhagen
This reef is located in the southwestern part of the Fisheries Protection Area (FSG) of the LFA at 11 to 12 m deep. The study area is located about 8 km west of Warnemünde and north of the Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen at a distance of about 1.5 km from the shore.
Here you can find the fish typical for the Baltic Sea: Gobies, cod, rockfish, mussels, starfish, whiting, golden maiden, rock shrimp, flatfish, an,d since 2019, the spotted wrasse.
