The access to the Vogelstangsee near Mannheim is best reached via the gym parking lot. You can change your clothes directly on the parking lot or on the lawn. There are currently two “paved“ entry points. There are no toilets there.
In former times there was the old "Fritz" an almost 2m long Waller (Welz). Apart from that it is teeming with perch, sunfish, pike and carp. From time to time you can also see tench.
