Lake Bösinghoven, nestled in Meerbusch near Düsseldorf, offers divers a unique freshwater experience in Germany. This former gravel mine has been transformed into a diving paradise accessible year-round. With temperatures ranging from 3°C–24°C/37°F–75°F throughout the year, it caters to both winter and summer diving enthusiasts. The lake's depth reaches around 12 to 13 meters/39 to 42 feet, providing ample space for exploration beneath its surface.

Divers are greeted with up to 10 meters/33 feet of visibility, unveiling an underwater world replete with intriguing features. Sunken statues and small wrecks pepper the lakebed, offering enchanting sites for divers to discover.
