At the "Carwitzer Becken" the bottom behind the bathing bay drops abruptly to 13 metres. In the sandy bottom you can find civilisation rubbish as well as some older agricultural equipment and tin tubs. If you follow the steadily sloping bottom, you can quickly descend far more than 30 metres.
Pike, rudd, tench, and crabs are to be found here in great numbers, and if you are lucky you may even come across eel.
