The Happurger Baggersee is in the Nuremberg area. Size approx. 350 x 150 meters. Maximum depth 8 meters. The entrance is near the water rescue station. There is a restaurant and toilets open seasonally. This site is not to be confused with Happurger Stausee, as diving is prohibited there.
Eels, perch, carp, pike, roach, rudd and, as a special feature, seasonal small freshwater jellyfish (not nettle). Diving is prohibited during night and if there is ice on the lake!
