Ebendorf Quarry

The Ebendorf quarry is located directly at the entrance to Ebendorf, coming from the B189. Until 1914 it was an open-cast mining operation. Today the quarry on Barleber Chaussee is 110 m long, 80 m wide, and the water 22 m deep. The entrance is quite easy. There is a staircase and a footbridge.
There are carp, tench, crucian carp, pike, and even a catfish has been observed here.
