A beautiful thila (pinnacle) to the west of Medhufushi Island. On the south side of the thila at 15 - 25 meters, there is a stunning display of soft coral. The dive site is remarkable due to a large number of beautifully adorned overhangs.

This is a top dive site in this area, located to the east of Mulee Island. During the season from December to May, it is possible to spot manta rays with their offspring, busying themselves around the numerous cleaning stations at 10 - 15 meters. The gentle slope from 15 - 30 meters is adorned with coral formations.

A small Giri to the west of Mulee Island. To the east side, at 10-25 m depth, there are beautifully overgrown ridges with a fine display of corals. The reef top is in perfect condition and there are plenty of large table corals and other hard corals to admire.

This dive site is to the west of Veyvah Island. This site is suitable for divers of all training levels, having a large drop off on its southern side. It falls from 10 to 30 meters and is beautifully carpeted with soft corals and sponges. In the north, there are numerous overhangs at 15-25 meters.

An easy dive site, this Giri west of Medhufushi is free of currents. It´s known for the unbelievable beauty of the coral garden at 15 - 25 m, displaying soft, leather, and fan corals, as well as a big selection of sponges.

★★★★☆ Rayvilla (Wreck)

This dive site is a wreck to the west of Meemu Atoll. The wooden wreck of a transportation dhoni rests on the south side of the Giri at 20 - 33 m deep. It is approx. 30 m long and sank in 1979. It is easy to dive inside. The Giri is adorned with interesting overhangs and many small caves and caverns.

This site is found on the outer reef of Medhufushi Island. An endless elongated Faru, the top of the reef is covered in coral blocks at roughly 30 m. There is also a big drop off going down til 50 m+.

★★★★☆ Grouper Cave

This small Giri lies to the west of Medhufushi. The sandy plateau at 10 - 14 m is covered in coral formations; also there are huge overhangs full of soft corals, reaching down from 15 - 33 m. As the Giri is very protected, this dive site is suitable for all diving levels.

This site is located off the northeast side of Mulah Island. 4 Reefs stretch out from NW to SE, with their reef tops between 5 and 10 m below the surface. In between those Thilas, you find narrow sandy passages (only 5 - 10 m wide on the narrowest point).

Easy Express is a drift dive on the east side of Veyvah Island. On the wide reef top there are numerous coral formations with quite stunning anemonies. The steep drop pff at 12 - 30 m has plenty of overhangs.

Triple Rock consists of 3 small Giris to the west of Medhufushi. At around 10 m deep, there are overhangs that reach over to the east. On the middle Giri we find soft corals and giant clams. On the southwest side, there is a plateau with large coral formations at 15 m. Marco photographers will be delighted.

★★★★★ Maalhaveli Outside

The reef on the eastern side of Maalhaveli Island is a long Faru on the outer side of the atoll. This spot is located between “Boahura Express“ in the north and “Medhufushi Outside“ in the south. The top of the reef is about 8 - 10 m deep and continues in a 45° angle to 30 m.

This is a simple and relaxing dive for all levels of experience and skills. As indicated by the name, this dive site is divided into two parts - a wall dropping to roughly 23 m and a sandy plateau with many different coral blocks.

“Turtle Bay“ is the closest reef. This dive spot is just at the beginning of the inside atoll and the navigation is very easy. The reef goes down from 5 - 40 m and has a lot of overhangs.

The dive site “Chapati Thilas“consists of the main reef sloping into a sandy plateau, on which you find many small Thilas coming up to a depth of 15 m. The plateau ends in a big drop off at 25 m, going down to around 34 m. Roam around the Thilas to find sleeping rays or sharks on the sandy bottom.
