Lake Pichlinger is an artificially created recreational area in the southeast of Linz, in the district of Ebelsberg. It includes the bathing lake, the green belt with various parking lots, restaurants, and snack bars, playgrounds and a camping site.

★★★★☆ Capo Noli

Sand esplanade that descends to a depth of 40 m interspersed with rocks and boulders that descend towards the bottom where there is scattered debris. After an initial gradual slope, the esplanade descends steeply to the bottom, almost forming a wall of sand.

★★★★☆ Echinger Weiher

The Echinger Weiher is an artificially created Baggersee in the north of Munich. With a size of about 100 x 250m and a maximum depth of 8m it is suitable for training and practice dives. The lake is located in a nature reserve. Please note: a diving license must be purchased in advance!

★★★★☆ Franata

As you enter this site you will find a steep slope of rocks reaching a maximum depth of 30 meters. This site is full of burrows and holes, ideal habitat for countless species of marine animals. A dive that never disappoints.

★★★★☆ Secca delle Stelle

A dive dedicated to beginners on a seabed that extends over a discreet extension between 14 and 24 meters where the best-known feature is a spectacular rock pyramid entirely covered in Parazoanthus.

★★★★☆ Blindsee

North of the Fernpass, at almost 1100 m, lies the 25 m deep Blindsee Lake. High fish abundance, sunken landscapes of roots and trees in combination with unbelievable visibility allow for fantastic dives. Tthere is also a lot to discover for the macro-lovers.

★★★★☆ Nemo’s Garden

In the bay of Noli, in Liguria, at eight meters of seabed, vegetables and aromatic herbs are grown in five underwater greenhouses anchored to the sandy seabed.

★★★★☆ Pifferaio

From here we enter the full protection zone of the Bergeggi MPA, a dive that develops to a maximum depth of 18 m with the wall on the left, we encounter a wall full of small burrows and a small inlet that often holds unexpected surprises.

★★★★☆ Paradies Starnberger See

This dive site is accessible via Starnberg, in the direction of Possenhofen. At the first kiosk turn right into the driveway and unload your car. Take your equipment to the lake and park your car at the very large parking lot. In good weather, the kiosk is open all year round.

★★★★☆ Riemer See

The Riemer See, a popular bathing lake, was created as a landscape park for the Federal Garden Show in 2005 and may be dived outside the bathing season. The lake, which is a maximum of 18 m deep, has an artificial groundwater overpass that ensures constant, good water quality.

★★★★☆ Olympia Regattaanlage Oberschleißheim

The Oberschleissheim Regatta is an artificial lake in the north of the state capital, Munich. The water is fed by groundwater inflows. The course has a length of 2.2 km and a width of 140 m. The maximum depth is almost 4.5 m. Diving by appointment only!!!

★★★★☆ Ilsesee

South of Augsburg is the groundwater-fed Ilse Lake with a maximum depth of 15 m. Through designated protection zones and a strict ecological concept, this lake has an impressive underwater flora and fauna. You cannot believe that you are in a quarry pond!

★★★★☆ Leonie, Starnberger See

Leoni is one of the few year-round diveable entrances for Starnberger See. Popular in summer for courses (and therefore limited visibility), the dive site is underestimated the rest of the year: relaxed dives at shallower depths (up to 20 m), even after sunset (max. 1h!) with lots of life!
