Nitzan (Wreck) - הספינה התורכית
★★★★★
(69)
The Nitzan is a fishing boat that was sunk in April 2012 to create an artificial dive site. It stands erect at a depth of 26 meters (85 feet) and is 6 km (3.7 miles) from shore. The ship is 25 meters (82 feet) long, so you can swim around the whole thing and, if you’re qualified, penetrate the ship as well.
Although a new wreck, the ship already serves as a home to many Mediterranean fish and marine life, including cave fish inside the ship and rays on the bottom.
