Certified Divers 3 Day Trips As far as scuba diving goes you have a number of full-day tour options available, these trips run every day of the year. Our diving in Phuket is done from larger style shared charter boats, the boats are comfortable and spacious.  With the day trips the first option I would recommend doing is the 3 dive Phi Phi / Shark Point day trip. https://www.phuketdivetours.com/product/phi-phi-scuba-diving-day-trip/https://www.phuketdivetours.com/product/phi-phi-scuba-diving-day-trip/ I believe that Koh Bida Nok at Phi Phi is the best dive site in the area. It has a fantastic and diverse range of corals and marine life. We often see leopard and blacktip reef sharks, turtles, cuttlefish, eels, and plenty of fish including snappers, tuna, trevally, groupers, and a great range of common reef fish. The day usually consists of two dives at Phi Phi and one at Shark Point. Shark Point is a great dive site, it also has great corals including some huge Gorgonian sea fans and barrel sponges, and plenty of soft Anemone coral. The dive site is named after the leopard sharks that sometimes reside there. They do come and go but they are a great sight when they are there. Please note that for the day trip to Phi Phi there is also now a national park entry fee of 600baht per diver (THB 240 for Thai Nationals) which is payable in cash on the boat on the day. Phi Phi and one at Shark Point. Both islands have ok coral and marine life however a lot of scuba divers often just like the sites for the great visibility (sometimes around 30 meters) and ease of diving. There have been manta rays sneaking around recently so you may just get lucky. It is in very poor condition and sits on the sandy bottom at 32 meters; the top is around 18 meters. On occasions, it can be a difficult dive due to the condition of the boat and the water conditions (strong currents and poor visibility can occur). Koh Doc Mai is a nice wall dive with lots of macro life. Prices include a guide, breakfast, lunch, drinks, snacks, and fruit on the boat, tanks and weights, and hopefully some very nice scuba diving.  Transfers can be arranged including pick up & return, there may be additional charges depending on how far from Chalong Pier your accommodation is. Alternatively, if you have your own transport you can simply meet at our Chalong Training center on the day. Free transfers from Kalim, Patong, Karon, Kata, Chalong, Rawai, and Nai Harn. We do also strongly recommend that you get travel insurance for your holiday, it will not only cover you in the unlikely event of a diving accident but also cover you for general illness, accidents, flight delays, and cancellations. To confirm your place make the booking and payment via the website or call any of our shops to pay Patong Shop https://maps.app.goo.gl/UqfnbfVch2dp2zhF8 Kata beach Shop https://maps.app.goo.gl/195pBWq8vjJDYbX59

Discover Scuba diving experience is the 3-dive Racha Noi/Yai option, which is also the best option for certified divers. The 3-dive day for certified divers would be THB 4,500 including rental equipment. Non-divers are more than welcome on the boat and can snorkel at some of the dive sites. you will be limited to 12 meters in-depth and you will always have your instructor with you. This is not a certification course, just a basic introduction to diving with an instructor by your side at all times. https://www.phuketdivetours.com/product/scuba-diving-for-beginners/ We recommend that you do a two or 3 dive day trip to Racha Yai & Racha Noi which are nice easy dive sites perfect for beginners. The dive sites around Racha Islands have nice clear waters and plenty of fish life and corals to keep the novice diver happy. Each dive will last around 30 - 50 minutes however it depends on how relaxed you are and how quickly you breathe your air. The 2-dive option is to the closer island Racha Yai only, with the 2 dives This is the shortest boat dive option with the boat departing Chalong pier at 08:00 and returning around 14:00 - 14:30, giving you the afternoon in Phuket for other activities. price is 3800thb With the 3-dive option, this would include dives at Racha Noi & Racha Yai. The further dive sites around Racha Noi do have some better marine life and corals than Racha Yai, with the first two dives at Racha Noi & dive 3 at Racha Yai. Our 3-dive day trip is a full-day tour, the boat again departs around 08:00 and returns around 17:00 - 17:30 to Chalong pier. price is 4500 thb  The final option for those short on time is a single dive from Kata Beach, which is a half-day tour & gives you the rest of the day for other activities. You start in our Private dive pool learning to breathe underwater with your instructor showing you how to use the equipmentKata Beach is a nice easy shallow shore dive with a simple walk-in entry from the beach, no need to go on the boat. Kata Beach is however dependent on weather and tides with the best time to dive changing daily. This dive site is only available in the dry season from around November - May. (note hotel transfers, breakfast & lunch are not included for the single beach dive) .Link https://www.phuketdivetours.com/product/scuba-diving-for-beginners/One advantage of the single Kata beach dive is that there’s no requirement to return to our training center afterward. Following the dive, you have the option to unwind on the beach or engage in various activities available on Kata Beach, such as parasailing, jet skiing, or enjoying the surf amenities at the Super Surf Kata. Please note that we are not associated with the other activities available at Kata. The prices for the Scuba Diving Experience are: 2-3 hrs 1 Pool dive + Dive Kata Beach (*weather & tide dependant) THB 2,500 per person starting at 8.30 for the morning session or 1 pm for the afternoon session https://www.phuketdivetours.com/product/kata-beach-scuba-diving/ Big Boat2 Dives Discover Experience Racha Yai Only THB 3800 per person https://www.phuketdivetours.com/product/racha-noi-scuba-diving/ Full day big boat 3 Dives Discover Experience Racha Noi/Yai THB 4,500 per person https://www.phuketdivetours.com/product/racha-noi-scuba-diving/ Power catamaran 2 Dives Discover Experience Racha Yai Only THB 5,000 per person Vip https://www.phuketdivetours.com/product/racha-yai-scuba-diving-day-trip/ Prices are all-inclusive of hotel transfers (Kamala, Patong, Kalim, Kata, Karon, Rawai, Nai Harn and Chalong, Rawai only), equipment, instructor, breakfast and lunch on the boat, drinks and snacks on the boat and some very nice scuba diving. *Hotel transfers, breakfast & lunch are not included for the single Kata Beach dive. ★★★★☆ King Cruiser

King Cruiser is rated as one of the best wreck dive sites in Asia, certainly Thailand. Having sank on May 4th in 1997 this is an amazing wreck dive sitting at over 30m, the top of the wreck is now around 18m. Suitable for Advanced and technical divers. Large Schools of fish and beautiful coral.

★★★★☆ Kata Beach North Reef

Kata Beach North Reef divers can avoid expensive boat trips to remote destinations throughout the diving season as this site is close and easy to get to. Different creatures move into different areas at different times; no two dives on Kata are ever the same.

★★★★☆ Racha Yai, Homerun Reef

Homerun Reef is just north of Bay 1. A good alternative to the wrecks and concrete cubes around the main part of the bay. There is a small speedboat wreck at around 23m, just off the main reef. This is a good site for drift diving. It’s mostly large rocks, rubble and hard corals. Diving depth is 10-25 meters.

★★★★☆ Racha Yai, Bay 1

Bay 1 is located on the east side of Racha Yai Island. There are three wrecks to be explored at this dive site. Depths are between 5-25 meters and the white sandy beach is calm.

★★★★☆ Racha Yai, Bay 2

This dive site is located in the second bay on the east side of Ratcha Yai Island. It is a calm environment with white sand dotted with reef patches at a depth of 5m to 25m. There are a series of concrete artificial fish reefs facing offshore, where many fish can be seen roosting.

★★★★☆ Racha Yai, Bungalow Bay

Bungalow Bay is a calm dive site and very good for beginners, try scuba, and open water students. Depth ranges from 5-20 meters. There is no current or waves. An artificial reef is built here as well.

★★★★☆ Shark Point

Shark Point is one of Phuket’s most popular dive sites. The three pinnacles of the Shark Point break the surface in a small area. The rest is submerged and covered in soft and hard corals. This is a great drift dive. You can frequently spot leopard sharks and bamboo sharks here, hence the name.

★★★★☆ Racha Yai, Siam Bay

Siam Bay is a dive site located in a large bay on the western side of Ko Racha Yai Island. The shallow waters are sandy with coral and rocks scattered throughout. Near the center of the bay, at a depth of 25m to 20m, there are elephants, Thai palatial houses, and ethnic objects that are popular among divers.

★★★★☆ Koh Doc Mai

Dock Mai Island is an island headed southeast from Phuket. You can dive on the east and west sides of the island. Depths are around 30 meters, and it is a wall dive all along the island. There are two large and one small cave on the east side at depths of 22M and 18M.

★★★★☆ Merlin House Reef

This reef is accessable directly from the beach in front of the Marriott Merlin Beach Resort & Spa Hotel. It's very important to check the tide tables prior to heading there, as the reef is only accessible during the high tide period with a recommended minimum water level of 1.5 meters.

★★★★☆ Racha Noi, Banana Bay

Banana Bay is located on the east side of Racha Noi island. It consists of a sandy bottom and with hard coral. Depth inside the bay is 5-20 meters. If you swim away from the beach you can find 50 meters of depth.

★★★★☆ Racha Noi, Marina Bay

Marina Bay is a dive site located on the western side of the North Island of Racha Noi. As you enter from the bay and head south, you'll see a dynamic landscape of rumbling megaliths overlapping each other. This is a popular dive site with swim-throughs dotted among the boulders to stimulate divers' sense of adventure. It is not uncommon for manta rays to appear.

★★★★☆ Racha Noi, Manta Reef

From Phuket to reach Racha Noi takes about a 2 hour boat ride. On the east coast the first part of the island Racha Noi is a dive site named Manta Reef. It is more or less a wall dive with a depth up to around 22 meters. The wall is fully covered with different corals.

★★★★☆ Racha Yai, Staghorn Reef

Staghorn Reef stretches between Bay 2 and Bay 3 on Ratchayi Island. At a depth of 5 to 20 meters, you can see clusters of branch corals here and there. The current is often strong, so you can dive in the style of drift diving. You can see various creatures and fishes in the branch coral areas, rocky areas, and walls as if flying through the air.

★★★★☆ Racha Yai, Bay 3

Bay 3 is the third dive site on the eastern side of Ratcha Yai Island. The central part of the bay is a calm white sandy area, dotted with branch coral beds and roots. From the northern end of the bay, you may drift dive along the island heading towards Bay 2. The reef is between 18 and 30 meters deep.
