Dive with the left shoulder to the wall. Best time to dive is at high tide. Scubapro Leo Wall (★4.4) 10 minutes east of Nabucco Islands lies this dive spot. A coral slope turns into a steep wall which is bordered by a sandy plateau at 30 meters. Dive with the left shoulder to the wall. Aqualung Coral Mountain Bay (★4.3) 15 minutes from Nabucco Islands and also 15 minutes from Nunukan Islands is the Coral Mountain. Diving is done with the left shoulder to the reef. Mares Coral Mountain Bay (★4.7) 15 minutes from Nabucco Islands and also 15 minutes from Nunukan Islands is the Coral Mountain. Diving is done with the left shoulder to the reef. Mares Shark City (★4.2) 15 minutes from Nabucco Islands and Nunukan Islands is the 2nd channel of the atoll with a depth of 6 meters. Best dived in strong current. Dive with the right or left shoulder along the steeply sloping reef below the channel. Mares, Janez Kranjc East Wall (★4.4) This dive site is located 17 minutes from Nabucco Islands and 13 minutes from Nunukan Islands on the east side of the reef. Steep, long wall to 30 - 35 meters then sandy slope. Dive with the left shoulder to the wall. Mares Capri Point (★4.8) 15 minutes north from Maratua Island is a steep reef with crevices, small bays and overhangs full of macro life. Dive with the right shoulder to the reef. Mares The Ridge (★4.0) Located on the southwest tip of Maratua Atoll, this is an excellent spot to see stingrays. Steep reef with a sandy plateau at 25 - 30 meters depth. Dive with the right shoulder to the reef. Scubapro, Stephen Frink Langkawit (★3.5) On the southwest tip of Maratua Atoll is this ideal dive site for all macro lovers. The Top of the reef is located at a depth of 5 - 10 meters. Aqualung Ujung Karang Tinggi (★4.7) 15 minutes from Nunukan Islands is this beautiful dive site. The reef starts with a gentle slope, which then turns into a steep wall. It is a wonderful place for macros. Scubapro Bantukan (★4.2) Located 20 minutes from Nunukan Islands on the southwest side of Maratua Atoll is this dive site. Gently sloping reef with shallow sandy bottom at 12 meters. Best dived at high tide. Mares, Janez Kranjc Johnnys House (★4.4) This dive site is located on the southwest coast of Maratua Islands. The dive site is characterized by the steep wall. If you are looking for beautiful coral landscapes, this dive site is not for you. Mares, Janez Kranjc Turtle Trafic (Payung Payung) (★4.3) In the middle of the west coast of Maratua Islands and about 45 minutes from Nabucco Islands. Excellent dive site to see turtles. Best time to dive is at low tide when the turtles are sleeping. Sloping reef down to 30 meters. Dive with the left shoulder to the reef. Scubapro Fantasy Wall (★4.4) At the northern tip of Maratua-Islands 30 minutes from Nabucco-Islands. Beautiful wall with many gorgonians.
