Basic Freediving

In this entry level program you will learn everything you need to safely freedive with a buddy in a pool / confined water to a depth of 5 meters. This program combines online training with practice sessions in the water to give you all the skills and knowledge you need. Upon completion of the program, you will earn the SSI Basic Freediving certification
